Managing Director/CEO
Ibrahim has 22 years cognate work experience of which 15years is In the Telecomm industry. He has held senior management position in many multinational organizations like Irancell in the Islamic Republic of Iran, MTN Nigeria Comm Ltd, D. I. T. S. Limited etc. He is a renowned Customer Service Specialist and Franchising expert with experience spanning across Africa and the Middle East. He has Participated, coordinated and managed multiple IT business set ups and Telecom Service deployment and eventual service roll out. He is a specialist in ERP tools and application deployment for multinational businesses; IFS, Flagship, CRM, PPAS, etc.
Ibrahim is highly experienced in marketing and managing Franchised business and has successfully rolled out and managed IT and Telecom partners in Middle East and Africa. He also led other successful businesses at different times. He is widely travelled and has attended seminars and conferences locally and internationally . He is happily married with children.
Ayobami Akinade
Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Ayo has a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He has a Sound knowledge of Construction Management, Strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities backed with high level of prociency in relevant applications, e.g Microsoft Ofce Suite; Microsoft Project; Adobe Photoshop, QuickBooks Pro.; Primavera 6.0 and use of Auto CAD.He possess the ability to multi-task and he is efcient in high- pressure situation.As an effective communicator and team player, Ayo will bring alot of his expertise and experience to help move Urban Janitors Nigeria Ltd to greater heights. He is a member of Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers and Scientist (M.O.S.E.S).Certied Safety Inspector – OSHA and a
PMP TM Project Management Training – Project Management Institute (PMI).

SAHEED OLABODE ABDULRAHMAN (BA): Head of Janitorial Cleaning in Urban Janitors Nigeria Limited. He is a hands – on manager with over 10 years working experience in the Cleaning industry. He manages over 50 cleaning supervisors over 150 experienced employees and oversees and manages a number of key company sites. His has undergone a SENIOR SUPERVISORS TRAINING COURSE and has a Certificate on; FLOOR TYPES and MAINTENANCE, HEALTH SAFETY and FIRST AID, PERSONAL HYGIENE and LIFESTYLE, COSTING and MATERIAL USAGE, HUMAN RESOURCES/INDUSRIAL RELATIONS, EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER Service etcHe provides quality control and ensures that client request for services are met in a timely manner.’The Champion’ as Olabode is fondly called brings into Urban Janitors Nigeria Limited a unique blend of supervisory skills that cuts across human management, sustained client relations, dogmatic operations knowledge and result oriented methodologies.
